We spent 3 months building out infrastructure to the specifications for this specialist customer.

We were then awarded the contract for ongoing maintenance and support ongoing.

✅ Logging and Serialising all Devices, Configuration & System Activation.
✅ Equipment build out of the Project, Erect Wracking, Server Installation etc.
✅ Assessment of Ventilation, Cooling & Fire Protectipon Systems.
✅ Assessment of Internet, WI-FI, WI-FI Heads Plan, Internet Failover Solutions.
✅ Installation of the Remote Monitoring System.
✅ IT Cyber Security Assessment & Implementation.
✅ IT Configuration of all Devices.
✅ Ongoing IT Support Maintenance Contract for 2 Years.
✅ Management of Client Budgets/Value Streams/Delivery Timelines
✅ Ongoing Management

The project was delivered on time and under budget to the great satisfaction of our global customer. Timelines and supply chain challenges were present as always but we have strong partnerships with many vendors who were able to deliver the hardware required within our timelines to complete the job on time and under budget.
